Norman Sidney Buntaine
September 30, 1944 – March 28, 2026
Norman Sidney Buntaine passed away on March 28, 2026. He was born on September 30, 1944, in Minneapolis, MN, and was raised in Elmhurst, Wheaton, Illinois, and Kirkwood, Missouri. Norman was a graduate of Kirkwood High School, Kalamazoo College, and Rutgers Law School, and was a criminal defense attorney in New York City, first with the Public Defender's Office, and then as a sole practitioner, representing clients in both State and Federal Courts. He resided in Brooklyn, New York.
Norman was pre-deceased by his parents, Robert and Marreen Buntaine and his brother, Rolfe. He leaves behind his siblings, Bob, Donna, Croyle, Marc, and Marreen. May he rest in peace.
The funeral will be private.
